BOY'S BASKETBALL
Eric Trent Donald hit a free throw with eight seconds left in the game to give Woodward the 57-56 victory Saturday in CMAC action. Donald finished the game with 19 points and 14 rebounds, including nine offensive boards in the Bulldogs win. Demetrius Pruitt and Antonio Fairbanks added 11 points each for the victors. Aaron Odon led Hughes with 19 points.

Woodward held the Big Red to just seven third quarter points in turning a four-point halftime deficit into a 10-point victory in CMAC action Saturday. Demeteri Pruitt sparked the rally with back-to-back three-pointer as the Bulldogs scored 15 of the third quarters first 17 points. Pruitt finished with 15 points as four Woodward (1-1, 1-1 CMAC) players reached double figures. Mark Durgan led the team with 18 points. Eric Trent Donald recorded his first double-double of the season with 10 points and 10 rebounds, while adding five steals.
Ryan Greene led Hughes (0-1, 0-1) with 16 points.
